Schools receive a 2–5% rebate on all works completed throughout the financial year. You may choose to receive this rebate as:
A cash rebate OR
A donation back to the school or chosen community cause
Additional Benefits:
Preventive Maintenance Fee Lock-In: Secure a fixed preventive maintenance fee for 3+ years, ensuring no unexpected cost increases.
Quarterly Reporting: We issue transparent reports outlining completed maintenance tasks, rebate progress and upcoming works.
Early Payment Bonus: Schools may receive an additional 0.5% rebate for paying invoices on time. We can offer flexible payment terms.
